Caro José Tomei conhecimento deste site através do JN. Como sou também do Porto, sabia de antemão que só poderia ser bom, mas mesmo assim fiquei deslumbrado. Os meus mais sinceros parabéns por este magnífico trabalho, que, sendo feito como "hobby", logo amador, deixa, seguramente, muitos profissionais roídos de inveja. Pela primeira vez vi o Porto profundo retratado com gosto e competencia. Recordar ruas e vielas deste velho burgo que tantas vezes calcorreei na minha infancia e adolescência constituiu para mim um prazer inesperado e inaudito. Mas,quantos milhares de portuenses não conhecerão estes recantos maravilhosos da sua cidade, mesmo que só de nome? Infelizmente, tendo-se a marginalidade e a exclusão apoderado deles perante a complacência e/ou o fechar de olhos a uma realidade indiscutível de quem detem o poder autárquico, transformou-os em zona interdita. Ainda tenho a esperança de, um dia, mostrar aos meus netos a cidade onde nasceram. José Paulo Andrade, felicito-o efusivamente pelo seu meritório trabalho e convido-o a continuar. O Porto e os portuenses agradecer-lhe-ão.

Caro JPA, Um obg p/ amáveis comentários acerca de alguns dos meus "shots" e... desculpe lá esta do tratamento do JPA ;-). Já também conhecia alguns dos seus trabalhos, e o que mais me fascina é o das "Ruas do Porto". Faz-me lembrar um pouco a Arte Naif e, pelo seu purismo, relembra-me o Porto visto pelo lado romantico, que eu conheci há 30 anos, quando era "um chavalo" de 18 anos, e sem chêta no bolso, comia os "pratinhos" numas tascas de algumas dessas ruas, a 6$50 esc (0,03 cent de Euro). Pena que vc apareça pouco com coisas novas. A ver vamos !? Abraço, Stradivarius

Dear I am Himantha Atukorale a medical student from Sri Lanka. Our country was devastated by the recent tsunami but We managed to escape. Our car got swept away with damages. I was fascinated by your photography on photosig, I am just an amateur but i need to say that people like you are our who give us inspirations, Wont mind learning a few things from you too if you are not that busy. These days I go for voluntary medical aid and Also read books on photography although we don’t have many in our bookstores. i am hoping to buy Nikon d70 camera from abroad.
