Hi Gunter, haven't been on pbase for years but have kept a limited few pictures up, came to this page via a comment you left on minehttp://www.pbase.com/snadge/image/35941622/large, glad you saw it too, very few people do, I have very few photo's on the internet although I am going to change that as I am starting to have the confidence to be able to press that shutter when I need to instead when I feel it's acceptable, I love your confidence which shines out in your ability to dictate the emotions that appear in your still vision. Thank you Gunter for your kind response. It is amazing for a new photographer like myself to receive praise and interest from anyone, especially an experienced photographer. You were spot on with your comments too. Yes it was her first time as a model (Victoria) It was my second time as a photographer. (Reana was my first) and I should have framed the shot better so as not to cut off hands and feet (and heads!) It is a learning curve and I won't make those mistakes again. I was hoping no one would notice but I thank you for your constructive critisism. You went about it the right way. I hope to see you again around pbase. If you have any more advice for a young photographer I would love to learn. Thanks heaps & may your lens always be true. Brett.

Hallo Günter! Es ist eine Ehre für mich dass Du meine Bilder interessant findest. Ich sehe dich als ein sehr guter und allseitiger photograf. Das Mädchen die zur sache gehen, ist jetzt mein model und freund. Ich hatte sie mit in Thailand im frühling und habe sie dort fotografiert. Die andere ist ihr freundin. Meine fotoapparate waren sehr billig nun aber habe ich Cannon 350D gekauft. Das ist eine ganz andere sache. Damit habe ich im winter 12.000 Bilder gemacht. Wenn du lust hast zugang zu andere von meinen Bilder oder nur was schreiben dan ist mein mail love@techno.ms es ist ja begrenzt was mann in der öffentligkeit bringen möchte. Grüsse von Theo

Hm hast vom dem PS Arbeiten gesehen ?? wenn nicht, soll er dir welche zeigen wenn ers nicht kann dann ist sein Kommentar wertlos !!!! Es stimmt schon wenn ich in ein Restaurant gehe und das Essen nicht schmeckt kann ich`s kritisieren auch wenn ich nicht kochen kann. Das trifft aber bei PS-Arbeiten nicht zu, meine Meinung !!!! Warum ?? sie entstehen aus Emotion, Spielerei, Interesse,Fantasy,......manche Arbeiten sind in Minuten fertig andere in Stunden oder brauchen ewig... Treffen natürlich auch verschiedene Geschäcker.. Aber wegen eines Blödel, der vieleicht selber nicht mal eine zweite ebene aufziehen kann , würde ich nie auf die Idee kommen Bilder zu löschen oder eine Galerie auf "ich bin zu Blöd" für Photoshop umbennen. Die wirklichen Photoshop-Götter würden soetwas nie von sich geben, weil sie es nicht nötig haben(sie lassen ihre Bilder sprechen). Daher bitte nein ich wünsche das Du Lieber Günther die Galerie wieder zurückbennenst !!! Ob dDu deinen alten Werke raufladest deine Entscheidung,für meinen Teil ich schäme mich meiner Anfänge nicht, ganz im gegenteil ich finde sie machen mut für andere weil sie sehen "aha der hat auch einmal so angefangen" So genug blabla mit rs-fehlern lg will;-)

haha I feel the same as you. I want 300mm f2.8 so badly. But that prime lense costs as much as one D2X. Please post more pics when you purchase AF-S 300mm f2.8. I am still trying to get permission from my wife in getting a 300mm f2.8.

I love the Candid outdoor stuff this is an area I want to do more of. The Architecural and Night shots are exellent well composed and great lighting. Hi Deine Bilder werden echt immer besser. Das Bild "Jennifer´s Portrait" ist phototechnisch genial. Besonders gut gefällt mir dabei der Wechsel der Bildschärfe. Karajan sagte einmal:"Wer keine Ziele mehr hat, hatte ein Ziel zu wenig" Für Dich gilt wohl jetzt: Wer kein Motiv mehr hat, hatte ein Motiv zu wenig. Weiterhin viel Spass am Picsen cu Thierry
